When I was working at a Travel Agency in the seventies I used to collect timetables and brochures and pamphlets and information material from airlines and airports. I still do.

Here is a small collection of some material from the sixties and seventies.

I will upload more as soon as I have scanned it. Check back for that.

SAS - Pa hemmaplan...

First out is as it should be, is a SAS brochure. It's in Swedish and it presents SAS as the concept of Scandinavia as well as the natural choice for the Scandinavian traveller when going abroad with its Scandinavia customed timetable and Scandinavian speaking crews.

It headlines: "On Home Ground to 5 Continents". SAS used to be a major World airline at the time with several pioneering routes.

SAS Presentation from the 70s

Here is a lavish product from SAS from the early seventies. Cut-throughs of their DC-9, DC-8 and Boeing 747 and thorough descriptions of maintenance, the brand new computerbased reservations system, the cool, efficient and elegant SAS service, "the Captain tells You", about air freight - time saver, a little bragging about the unique SAS route network and about Kastrup, Copenhagen airport, the main hub of SAS at the time.
